I've never done Pilates before, can I still come?

Absolutely. Our Beginner class is designed exactly for this. We'll walk you through the reformer, the springs and the basics at a pace that suits you. Most of our members started as complete beginners.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, think leggings or shorts and a fitted top. Grip socks are required on the reformers for hygiene and safety. Bring your own or pick up a pair at the studio.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive ten minutes before your first class so we can show you around and get you set up. For regular classes, five minutes is plenty.

How many people are in each class?

Accepted Answer

Never more than six. Every class is small enough for your instructor to give you individual attention throughout the session.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class without losing your credit. Cancellations inside 12 hours and no-shows use up your class credit or payment, as your spot can't be refilled at short notice.
